This Privacy Policy explains how VILLIGER VALUATION - Bout d´Ouchée Sàrl (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit our website at https://www.villigervaluation.ch (the “Site”).

Our website is hosted by Odoo. We solely rely on analytical tools and platforms as proposed and/or supported by Odoo.

When you visit our website, certain technical data may be collected that your web browser automatically transmits when accessing a website on the Internet or use an application on a mobile device. 

This data is automatically recorded. This includes, but is not limited to, the IP address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your visit, and Uniform Resource Locators or URLs (i.e., website addresses) that you accessed before visiting our websites or afterwards.

Depending on the location of the user and the data concerned in each case, such technical data may be personal data.

5.Purposes of Data Processing

Where necessary, we process your personal data solely to ensure an effective customer relationship with you. This includes:

To the best of our knowledge, and based on the services provided by Odoo as our platform provider, we process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in compliance with applicable national data protection laws.

We process certain personal data only with your prior, explicit consent, e.g. if you have allowed us to send you advertising or offer information electronically. You are entitled to revoke your consent at any time to stop further processing.

Data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We process your personal data exclusively to fulfill the legal obligations arising from these contracts.

We are subject to a number of legal requirements. In order to comply with these requirements, we must process certain personal data. This includes in particular first name, last name, job title, company name and address, telephone, e-mail.

We process certain personal data to safeguard your legitimate interests or the interests of third parties. However, this will only be done if your interests as a data subject do not take precedence over our interests in the individual case. 


7.Recipients of Personal Data

As a matter of principle, we ensure that your personal data is only accessible to a limited number of authorized persons who need to know this data in order to provide the above-mentioned processing purposes. This may include service providers such as Odoo, which hosts the Site on our behalf and provides analytics services. These providers are contractually obligated to process data securely and in compliance with applicable regulations. 

Your personal data will not be disclosed, sold or otherwise transferred to third parties unless this is necessary for the purpose of fulfilling a contract with you or you have given your express consent or this is required by law, to comply with legal obligations or enforce our rights.


8.Storage of Personal Data

We do not store your personal data in a website database. Messages sent via the contact form are forwarded directly to our business email (contact@villigervaluation.ch) and processed securely.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or to comply with legal obligations.

  We do not use automated decision-making or profiling as defined under GDPR.


9.Sensitive Data

We do not request or knowingly process sensitive personal or sensitive business data (e.g., health information, political opinions, or confidential business data). You should not submit such information through our contact form. Submitting such data without prior bilateral agreement or confidentiality terms is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
